Step 02

Receive Our Proposal

Based on your requirements, we prepare a detailed commercial proposal including unit pricing, total cost, payment terms, estimated loading date, and transit time.

What Happens at This Stage:

  • Competitive unit pricing per MT
  • Full cost breakdown (FOB + freight + insurance)
  • Estimated loading and arrival dates
  • Payment term options (L/C, T/T, CAD)
  • Product specification sheets attached

Step 03

Contract Execution

Once terms are agreed, we execute a formal sales contract that locks in pricing, quantity, quality specifications, and delivery timeline. All contracts follow international trade law.

What Happens at This Stage:

  • Binding sales contract
  • Locked-in pricing and volume
  • Quality specifications as per SGS/BV standards
  • Force majeure and dispute resolution clauses
  • Letter of Credit or advance payment processing

Step 04

Quality Inspection at Origin

Independent third-party inspectors (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent) inspect and certify the cargo at the loading port. Full documentation is shared before vessel departure.

What Happens at This Stage:

  • SGS or Bureau Veritas inspection
  • Certificate of Quality & Weight
  • Certificate of Origin
  • Phytosanitary Certificate (agricultural products)
  • Fumigation Certificate (if applicable)

Step 05

Logistics & Shipment

We coordinate loading, customs clearance, and ocean freight with our vetted network of freight forwarders and shipping lines. Real-time tracking provided throughout transit.

What Happens at This Stage:

  • Coordinated loading at origin port
  • Full customs documentation and clearance
  • Bill of Lading and shipping documents
  • Real-time vessel tracking
  • Proactive milestone notifications
Step 06

Delivery & After-Sales

Cargo arrives at destination port with full documentation handover. Our team provides post-delivery support including claims handling and feedback collection.

What Happens at This Stage:

  • On-time delivery at destination port
  • Complete documentation package handover
  • Discharge supervision (if CIF/CFR)
  • Claims and dispute resolution support
  • Ongoing relationship management

FOB
Free On Board

We deliver goods to the vessel at the loading port. Risk transfers once goods are on board.

CIF
Cost, Insurance & Freight

We handle cost, insurance, and freight to the destination port. Most popular for bulk commodities.

CFR
Cost & Freight

We cover cost and freight to destination. Buyer arranges insurance. Common for regular buyers.

EXW
Ex Works

Goods available for pickup at our warehouse. Buyer arranges transportation, customs clearance, and delivery.
